Delete Your Account – Lumora

1. Overview
At Lumora, you have full control over your data.
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
2. How to delete your account
You can delete your account in one of the following ways:
Option 1 (recommended):
- Open the Lumora app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2 (manual request):
- Send an email to: getsupport@lumoramind.app
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address used for your account
3. What data will be deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (e.g. email)
- Mood tracking data
- Sleep data
- Exercise and activity data
- Any other personal data associated with your account
4. Data retention exceptions
We do not retain your personal data after deletion unless:
- required by law
- necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
In such cases, data will be limited and securely stored.
5. Processing time
Your request will be processed:
- immediately if deleted via the app
- within 7 days if requested via email
